Unsubscribe / Cancellation


You can cancel/unsubscribe your HIA subscription at any time.

You will continue to have access to the HIA service until the end of the current billing period.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments will not be refunded, and we do not provide refunds or credit for partially used member months or unseen HIA content.

To unsubscribe, go to the “My Account” page and follow the unsubscribe instructions.

If you unsubscribe, your account will automatically close at the end of the current billing period. Click “My Account” to see when your account will be closed.

If you signed up for HIA using a third party account as a form of payment and would like to unsubscribe from the HIA membership, you may need to do so through the third party, e.g. by accessing your third-party account and disabling automatic renewal or unsubscribing the HIA service through the third party.

You may also be able to find billing information about your HIA membership by accessing your account with that third part.
